    Directions: Adults take two (2) tablets daily. For best utilization, take with food. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

    CAUTION: If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication or planning a surgery, consult your doctor before using this product. Not recommended for people who regularly consume liver. If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking the product and consult your doctor.

    It takes time

    I have been using Maxi-Hair for several weeks now. I do see a noticeable difference that my nails are growing pretty fast. Hopeful that my hair will produce new sprouts. Obviously patience is key as this doesn't happen overnight.

    Not much impact on hair

    I purchased this vitamin to achieve thicker, fuller hair. After 2 months of usage I noticed faster nail growth, after 3 months of usage faster hair growth. My nails are in the same condition as before I started taking vitamins, which was good anyway. There are no signs of new hair growth, skin is in same good condition as before. In conclusion, this is a good multivitamin for the price, but does not help with thicker, fuller hair. Your hair/ nails might grow faster, but this is not what I was looking for. I am done with my supply and will not re-order in the near future.

    Still Waiting

    I've used this product for over 3 months and don't see anything effective about. I believe that it may cause me to gain weight, but not certain. I'm going to try something different for the overall health of my hair, skin and nails.

    These truly are awesome!! They have totally started new hair growth for me!! You will not be disappointed. Great value for some that try to sell the same thing for Much more money :)
