Suggested Use: Swanson Lecithin Granules can be used in a wide variety of recipes. Sprinkle one tablespoon each day on foods such as cereal, salad or meatloaf, or mix with gravy, water or fruit juice. Lecithin is a natural emulsifier characterized by its high phospholipid concentration and superior taste and aroma.
