Supplement Facts
Ingredients: 100% pure magnesium chloride brine from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands.
Directions: Add 2 oz to bath water or use full strength in foot soaks. Fill spray bottle (sold separately) and spray 4–5 sprays onto your skin. Rinse thoroughly after every use. Use this container to refill your spray bottle.
WARNING: Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Test on a small patch of skin prior to first use. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

IT took two days to even get the product shipped!!!! Given the horrendous time it took to get the product...Swanson will be my LAST choice for any other products I order if I can buy the product anywhere else.
