Like this supplement compared to plain Glucommanan. I did my research prior to purchasing.I use at least once a day , sometimes twice with 8 to 12 oz of water. I have purchased 3 bottles. I really like the product Glucomannan Plus! I have used it for years, but Swanson Vitamins was out of that product and Glucomannan for about a year. I asked to be notified when it was in stock, but never was. That's the only negative thing I have to say about it.Helpful?Bing using this for a number of years.
