    Help with Leg Cramps

I found out that my doctor said that I was low in Potassium. I already had the first bottle of Potassium Gluconate and would take one one in awhile. They always made me feel better. My endocrinologist warned me not to take too much potassium. My regular doctor tested me and found out that I was low in potassium because I was having leg cramps and taking some magnesium. I would still have leg cramps some and started taking the Potassium Gluconate every 2-3 days. It has helped me to stop the cramps and I sleep better. I tried potassium citrate and it did not help me with the cramps.
