    INGREDIENT: Nonfat Dry Milk.

    CONTAINS: Milk

    BASIC PREPARATION

    • 3 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill® Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    • 1 cup cold Water

    Stir together nonfat dry milk powder and water until dissolved. Makes 1 cup

    HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

    • ¼ cup Dutch Cocoa Powder
    • ½ cup Bob's Red Mill® Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    • 1/3 cup Sugar
    • ½ tsp Kosher Salt

    In a medium bowl, sift together all ingredients. Stir until well combined. Makes 4 servings.

    For 1 Serving: Stir together ¼ cup Hot Chocolate Mix and 1 cup boiling water in a mug.

    USAGE TIPS:

    • Add to smoothies, milkshakes and ice cream recipes for a creamier flavor and texture
    • Add milk powder to make bread dough richer: if your recipe calls for 1 cup water, add 3 tablespoons milk powder and 1 cup water

    USE FOR HOMEMADE:

    • Fresh cheeses such as ricotta and cottage cheese
    • White sauce
    • Pudding mix
    • Yogurt

    Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best sealed for freshness.

    Does this make 26 cups of milk?

    Best Answer: I was a bit leery when I first bought Bob's Red Mill milk and the directions called for using about half as much as other brands of powdered milk. The powder is finer than other brands and sure enough, I needed half as much powder to make the same size liquid milk. So I would agree that it really does make 26 cups of milk.

    Ok, not for ciffee

    Not for coffee because it is fine powder meant for cooking

    Excellent Product

    Excellent taste—very convenient to take camping. The dry milk is easy to add to oatmeal, making breakfast quite yummy!

    The Best!

    I’ve been using dry powdered milk for years and this is the first time I’ve tried Bob’s Red Mill. I can honestly say it’s the BEST I’ve ever had. The consistency is like confectioners sugar. I’m going to stick with this from now on!

    Quality milk powder from BRM

    Another quality BRM product. However, after I discovered whey protein (of different brands) through Swanson, I have switched to whey protein. Both BRM and whey protein can be used in cooking depending on the recipe. If I need more actual milk powder, I would purchase BRM again. Thank you!
