Avocado oil features vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps hydrate and moisturize the skin. It also features fatty acids, phytosterols and other nutrients. You can also mix avocado oil into a lotion or moisturizer you already use.
2Makeup remover
Pour a little avocado oil on a cotton round and gently swipe across your eye area. Rub in any leftover residue for added moisture.
3Leave-in hair treatment
Avocado oil can be used as a mask or deep conditioner to soften and add shine to hair. It features biotin, which also helps strengthen hair, and it leaves no greasy residue. It is lighter than some other oils, so it absorbs into hair follicles more quickly.
4Face masks
Mix avocado with other ingredients for different masks to moisturize, hydrate and replenish.
