    A brighter mood is on the horizon with Nature Made 5-HTP Chewables. Each tablet features a tasty, natural orange citrus flavor and delivers 100 mg of 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) derived from a seed extract of the griffonia simplicifolia shrub. 5-HTP is known to help increase serotonin levels in the brain. Serotonin is a chemical found in the brain which aids the communication and delivery of messages between nerve cells. When your body has a healthy level of serotonin, this can lead to mood support in the form of a sensation of relaxation and positivity. Additionally, serotonin can promote restful sleep at night as a precursor element used by the body to produce the hormone melatonin. Nature Made 5-HTP Chewables may also contribute to healthy weight management as 5-HTP has been linked in some studies to increasing a sense of satiety, thereby helping dissuade overeating at mealtime.
