This seems to be a very pure and condensed form of Stevia that I like very much. It only takes just a very tiny scoop to sweeten anything including my tea. I recently purchased some pure stevia in a bag and it seems to take a lot more to sweeten things. Pros: Stevia Leaf is a fabulous sugar substitute actually derived from a health– enhancing herb! It checks so many good boxes: zero calories, won't put your metabolism on a harmful roller coaster ride the way sugar does and a very little bit goes a very long way. This particular brand is excellent in that it leaves no off-putting aftertaste. Cons: It's far from inexpensive... but what is your health worth? Also, many folks will need a period of adjustment because just as substituting carob for chocolate, there are subtle differences in flavor.
