Amount Per Serving % Daily Value Zinc (from Zinc 7.4 mg67% Gluconate) Other Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Stevia rebaudiana (Stevial Glycocids) Extracts, Clove Bud Oil, Peppermint Oil, Menthol, Echinacea purpurea Root Extract, Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) Fruit Extract, Slippery Elm Bark Extract, Wild Cherry Bark Extract.
SUGGESTED USE: Shake gently. Spray in back of throat and swallow.
Maximum Per Day: 8 sprays for adults every 2 hours not to exceed 48 sprays a day. 4 sprays for ages 12-17 every 2 hours not to exceed 24 sprays a day. Children under 12 years of age should consult a health professional prior to use.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding or if taking any other medications or other supplements, consult a health professional before use.
Other Information: May cause minor stomach upset if taken on an empty stomach.

I tried several zinc tablets that all made me queasy for hours afterwards. I have been using Thera Zinc Spray for a few years now. I like the peppermint glove. As I have come to find out Thera changed the formula. I have had both and preferred the older formula. Swanson still had a picture of the old one online so I purchased it. When it arrived it was the new one. I called Swanson and they sent out another order. Which also was the new formula. Swanson asked me to call Thera Zinc after the second order. I did and that’s when I truly found out they changed the formula. I'm a repeat buyer of Thera Zinc Spray. We use it often, at night and in the morning. The peppermint opens the throat and is refreshing. The clove is a germ killer.
