I’ve been taking royal jelly and bee pollen supplements separately for many years, getting them from a different company. That source no longer offers those products so I’ve become a very satisfied Swanson customer and can get both ingredients in one cap and even better with the propolis in it also. I think it’s a great combination and I really think It’s one of the reasons I’m as healthy as I am at 71 years of age. Thanks for helping me stay well.
