I take a handful of supplements every day, primarily for immune support so it is a challenge for me to know which ones are actually helping as advertised. I initially purchased Solaray brand of Quercetin from my local health store. It was highly recommended because there are no additives or blends in this brand, and one 500 mg capsule per day is an adequate maintenance dose.
