Other ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and silica.
Suggested Use: 1 tablet three times daily, between meals and preferably with fruit juice. To support restful sleep, take 3 tablets before bed.

I add this to my liver-cleaning regimen, and it seems to help. What I love about the tabs is that they're easy to break in half, and taking half a dose seems to work almost as well as a whole 500mg dose for me.Helpful?What Everyone’s Saying
