I like the Carlson brand of Cod Liver Oil, but I wanted to give you a heads up so that you don't make the same mistake that I did. This variety of the Carlson Cod Liver Oil contains soybean oil, to which many people, like myself, react. The Carlson Cod Liver Oil with Lemon does not contain soybean oil.
