Instructions: Apply to affected areas. Each full pump contains approximately 1.2 mg of CBD.

This lotion absorbes really well and fast. I'm using it on my face in colder months,on top of my moisturizers, as it's rich and protective. Plus my skin soaks it in better than any expensive facial cream that I had. I have to use unscented products and this one is safe for me.
