After taking these for two weeks I checked my sleep patterns on my FitBit for the two weeks prior. On average, I had less time awake each night and more time in deep sleep. I've never taken Melatonin before, so wasn't sure what to expect. These time release tablets helped me fall asleep faster. The best thing is that it helps me stay asleep -- no more waking up in the middle of the night. In the morning I feel rested. I am pleasantly surprised. Usually I need 5-10mgs of Melatonin to feel tired, but with these I take one or two and feel the same effect. They must be high quality, if I'm getting the same effect with these, but taking less than I have previously with other brands. These work quickly and effectively, and keep me asleep for about a full night of rest, usually about 6.5 hours for me. I have had difficulty staying asleep or waking very early. I tried this melatonin because it was time released. Yeah! It has helped me stay asleep and wake up at a decent time.
