The Natrol Relaxia Day Calm Gummies have a really good flavor. My days are so busy and hectic I cant say for sure or not if they helped calm me down or not, since Im constantly on the go. The taste of the gummies I didnt think was bad, as I actually liked the taste of them, however, I just didnt really feel a difference. I didnt think that they helped calm or relax me in any way.
