My favorite gluten free pasta. They are so hard to find at my local grocery stores. Was so happy to find all the varieties that I did and at a great price.Helpful?David LMar 13, 2025We really enjoy itHelpful?Kellie KApr 19, 2024Awesome noodles
They're the best g.f. noodles. Even my family doesn't mind eating them.Helpful?Roseanne LMay 20, 2023Cooked soft, or al dente, a winner with me
I love the tinkyada, brown, rice, pastas, especially shells, because they are gluten free; and, unlike many gluten-free pastas, like Barilla, they don’t have other ingredients that make them mushy! They maintain their shape, even if you overcook them. I was on a soft diet, due to a molar extraction; and I could cook this shells for 12 or 13 minutes without them getting mushy. They remain soft, but maintained their shape and texture. I also like their elbows; but, like all elbow macaroni’s, they tend to be on the harder side than the shells. When my tooth healed, I could either choose to continue to cook the shells beyond the recommended time; or cook them al dente, so that they were a little bit harder , but not too hard to chew. I find that small shells. Like these are much more fun to eat than a penne, which is either too hard or cooks mushy. I often make these with vegan cheese, almond milk, and nutritional yeast to create a wonderfully tasty mac & cheese for adults & children!Helpful?Tania FOct 16, 2021Gluten free delicious
